How Does It Work:
3 month commitment of at 3x/week training for 40 min per session to thrive during pregnancy or postpartum.
During the initial training period, you learn the Foundational Necessities of proper core breathing, true core strength, and corrective exercises in order to reach your goals & feel confident in your pregnant body,
The first 3 months of Foundational Necessities Training have the highest learning curve and the more time you can put into this work, the more energy you have & strength you gain preparing you for labor & beyond.
Once you’ve created your foundation, you will be able to produce the same results in less time. Therefore, after 3 months of 40 min sessions, if you choose to continue your training, you have the option to switch to 2x/week 40 min sessions saving you time and money.
